How do I pay?
With a Visa or Mastercard card in your account: choose a plan and period and pay on the secure checkout page — features switch on by themselves within a minute. The receipt and tax documents arrive by email.
Do I need to install anything on my switches?
No. SwitchDoctor uses standard protocols — SNMP, SSH/Telnet and ICMP — wherever the device supports them. Monitoring needs only SNMP; actions need SSH or Telnet access.
Which hardware is supported?
Any managed switch with SNMP v2c: SNR, Cisco, MikroTik, TP-Link, D-Link, Huawei, H3C, HPE, Zyxel, Juniper, Ubiquiti and unknown brands — vendor and model are detected automatically. Over SNMP you get monitoring, the network map, ports, MAC/IP, PoE and the outlet walk. Command-line actions (port restart, cable test, backups, firmware) are for SNR and Cisco-like CLIs.
Can the software change settings on its own?
No. Every change runs only after an administrator confirms it with a command preview. Critical operations need an extra confirmation. Everything is logged.
What happens when a subscription ends?
Your organisation moves to Free. Devices over the limit are paused, but nothing is deleted: history, backups and data export remain available.
Does it work in an air-gapped network?
Yes. The licence is checked locally and stays valid for 30 days offline. Fully air-gapped networks on the Business plan can activate with a file.
